Packages are delivered within 72 business hours after arriving at our U.S. warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays. US Sea Freight - Jamaica

Registration is completely free. You only pay for the services you use. After signing up, ship your items to your assigned overseas address. We receive and process your packages, then notify you for delivery or pickup once customs clearance is completed.
Customs duties apply only to packages valued at USD $100 or more. Shipping fees are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, your chosen shipping method, and any applicable customs charges.
U.S. Air Freight operates 3–4 times per week, while Sea Freight sails once per week.
Restricted items include toy guns, pepper spray, weapons of any kind (including firearms, ammunition, swords), radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, fireworks, explosives, lighters, matches, camouflage items, cash, and similar prohibited goods.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends; however, packages can still be securely received through our automated collection system. All weekend deliveries are processed on the next business day.
Yes. Our Assisted Online Shopping service allows us to purchase items on your behalf and arrange delivery directly to your door.
Packages must be collected within 21 days of arrival at our warehouse. Items not collected within this period will be considered abandoned. Far Land Logistics reserves the right to sell or dispose of abandoned packages to recover storage and handling costs. Customers who refuse payment or fail to respond to repeated contact attempts may have their accounts permanently blocked. No refunds or compensation will be issued for abandoned packages.
